Responsibilities:
- Assist the Bookkeeper with day-to-day tasks for UK Clients
- Enter invoices and bills in Xero and Quickbooks
- Do Bank reconciliation
- Reconciliation of aged payable and receivables
- Support the Bookkeeper with the VAT returns preparation
Qualifications & requirements:
· ACCA student minimum 2 exams passed
· 1 year of practice experience for UK-based clients would be a plus.
· Good English communication & presentation skills
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel to intermediate level)
