Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Jasper Restaurant in Kathmandu. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, hiring new employees, maintaining food and beverage quality, and handling communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10yrs+ experience in hospitality
- Flexible with shifts (opening hrs 10am-1am past mis-night)
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Hiring and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Nepalese, Indian, and international cuisines
