Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeper located in Kathmandu. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas. Daily tasks include dusting, vacuuming, making beds, replenishing supplies, handling laundry, and ensuring sanitary conditions. The Housekeeper will also interact with guests to provide assistance and address their needs, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Laundry and Organization Skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to train and assist new staff members
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and orderly environment
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
