About The Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Construction Analyst to join our team supporting digital construction project oversight. This role sits at the intersection of construction, data, and technology—offering a unique opportunity to shape how construction progress is monitored and managed.
As a key member of our operations team, you will review site walkthroughs and verify construction progress against schedules and plans. You'll use advanced tools—including model comparisons and digital tracking systems—to ensure data accuracy, track project milestones, and support real-time decision-making. Your responsibilities will also include managing the end-to-end data review process, conducting deep project reviews to identify coordination or quality gaps, and resolving recurring client support issues.
This is a full-time role (approx. 40 hours per week) requiring a minimum 1-year commitment, with a formal contract in place. Training will take place over several weeks at CloudFactory's offices, followed by an estimated 10-week ramp-up to full responsibility. This position offers growth potential into leadership opportunities and may include participation in client visits to Nepal.
Your work will directly impact the reliability of our data operations and the efficiency of construction project delivery—helping ensure our clients receive the highest quality support and insights.
What You'll Do
- Construction Progress Verification
- Review visual data from site walkthroughs to verify construction stages against plans and schedules using digital and model-based tools
- Data Quality Assurance & Labeling
- Conduct quality checks on annotated data related to construction stages; ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with project expectations
- Project Quality Reviews
- Perform full-scope reviews of project data to identify gaps, coordination issues, or breakdowns in implementation. Document findings and suggest improvements
- Support Ticket Oversight
- Review and monitor the resolution of customer support tickets to ensure issues are addressed efficiently and accurately. Minimize recurring tickets and flag process gaps
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with quality, analyst, and operations teams to maintain high data standards and ensure successful client outcomes
- Specialization & Domain Expertise
- Build deep expertise in the types of data and construction elements analyzed; contribute to evolving internal quality and labeling standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience on construction site or managing construction projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction phases and processes
- Proficiency in comprehending and working with complex technical systems
- Experience with project tracking tools, construction software, or data visualization platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to ensure accuracy and precision in all project deliverables
- Demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and adaptability within dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is advantageous
- Ability to work on site at our office in Lalitpur, Kathmandu.
