Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual passionate about sales and advertising? We’re looking for an experienced Sales Officer to join our growing team!


Experience Required: 4–5 years (specifically in advertising/digital marketing agencies)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector or digital agency space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and existing clients.
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and regular pipeline updates to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in corporate sales or a digital agency environment.
  • Strong network in B2B sectors, especially with marketing or corporate decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
