Job Description
Designation: Customer Relation Officer
Report To: Regional Manager
Purpose of the Job:
The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for welcoming customers to the showroom, providing telephonic assistance, following up on sales and service leads, gathering post-service feedback, and supporting basic administrative tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience at Shasheela Motors.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom with a polite and professional attitude.
- Handle incoming calls and provide customers with the necessary product or service information.
- Follow up on sales and service leads to ensure customer interest is maintained and appointments are scheduled.
- Collect and record post-service customer feedback to help improve service quality.
- Support the sales and service teams with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing simple reports.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in showroom display maintenance and ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries or issues.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, tele calling, or administrative roles; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and a customer-friendly approach.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
