Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Kathmandu. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in selecting the right courses and career paths. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, identifying students' talents and interests, and offering information on various universities and programs. The counselor will also address students' queries, provide accurate information, and ensure that each student receives personalized attention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in the Education sector
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Previous experience in a counseling role is a plus
