Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Test Preparation (IELTS/PTE/TOEFL) Supervisor, located in Kathmandu. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of test preparation classes, managing test schedules, and ensuring quality assurance across all test preparation services. Daily tasks will include developing test strategies, coordinating with instructors, managing resources, and tracking student progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

Skills in Test Management, Test Execution, and Testing
Experience in developing Test Strategies and ensuring Quality Assurance
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage educational resources
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
Experience with IELTS/PTE/TOEFL test preparation is highly desirable
