Job Description
Position: Academic Counselor
Location: Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide academic and career counseling to prospective and current students.
• Understand and promote the training courses offered by DanpheLink.
• Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist in enrollment and follow-up processes.
• Maintain student records and documentation.
• Coordinate with instructors and the admin team for smooth course delivery.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
• Knowledge of IT will be an added advantage.
