Talent Spotlight:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong influence and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Labor Law policies
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
The Impact Zone:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners to optimize talent sourcing and acquisition strategies.
- Lead the traineeship program, from planning and candidate selection to execution, mentorship support, and feedback collection for continuous improvement.
- Implement process enhancements and automation to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall candidate and employee experience.
- Enhance the employee journey by developing and executing strategies for effective onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Prepare and analyze detailed reports on recruitment, traineeship, and learning sessions to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the optimization of professional development processes (PDP) to foster employee growth, skill development, and career progression.
- Facilitate regular feedback collection and meetings with trainees, mentors, and stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness and address challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and continuously review and improve recruitment practices to maintain high standards and efficiency.
