Job Description
Global Select Education and Migration is looking for a highly capable and motivated General Manager to lead our Nepal operations. This is a leadership role combining operational oversight with expert-level student counselling for top study destinations including Australia, the UK, and the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations of the Nepal office
- Lead and mentor the local team to ensure performance and service quality
- Provide expert student counselling on course selection, applications, and visa processes for Australia, the UK & USA
- Coordinate with international education providers and partners
- Drive strategic initiatives and contribute to overall business growth
- Ensure compliance, reporting, budgeting, and workflow optimisation
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in both student counselling (Australia, UK, USA) and operations/office management
- Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills
- Fluent in English and Nepali
- Deep understanding of international education systems, admissions, and visa guidelines
- A proactive, solution-oriented professional ready to grow with us
