Role Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels.
  • Store, organize, and retrieve inventory efficiently.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of shipments.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Report stock discrepancies and potential issues to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety policies and guidelines to prevent accidents.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
  • Contribute to improving warehouse processes and efficiency.
  • Handle returns and manage damaged goods appropriately.
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse inventory management systems.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Previous experience with quality control procedures is a plus.
