Role Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels.
- Store, organize, and retrieve inventory efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with loading and unloading of shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report stock discrepancies and potential issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety policies and guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Contribute to improving warehouse processes and efficiency.
- Handle returns and manage damaged goods appropriately.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory management systems.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
- Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience with quality control procedures is a plus.
