Role Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels.
Store, organize, and retrieve inventory efficiently.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Assist with loading and unloading of shipments.
Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Report stock discrepancies and potential issues to supervisors.
Follow all safety policies and guidelines to prevent accidents.
Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
Contribute to improving warehouse processes and efficiency.
Handle returns and manage damaged goods appropriately.
Support other warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse inventory management systems.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, as needed.
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Previous experience with quality control procedures is a plus.
