Job Description
1. Sales Functions
a. Keep Track of weekly / Monthly individual Sales target.
b. Maintain database of Walk in, incoming calls customers & make follow-ups to achieve sales.
c. Make sales contract after bookings of vehicles.
d. Maintain good relation with customers for retaining them from losing to the competitors before & after making sales contract.
e. Keep in contact with customers before and after delivery of vehicles so that to inform the customer about the vehicles they have booked and for getting feedbacks after delivered.
f. Update the remarks of customers after making follow-ups.
g. Coordination with sales manager for discounts, allocation of vehicles, ordering & delivery in time.
h. Check all terms and conditions of delivery procedures.
i. Daily Booking, Sales, stock and activities report to Manager.
2. Vehicle delivery and documentation
a. Coordinate with Logistics Department for Vehicle delivery and insurance state.
b. Coordinate with Yatayat Department for Vehicle Registration and Ownership Transfer.
c. Collection of Customer feed Back before delivery of vehicle and ask if any suggestion.
d. Collect Invoice, Bill Book, and Free service Coupon and Vehicle delivery to customer.
3. Payment collection & dues settlement
a. Check and verify the correctness of Performa Invoice and billing.
b. Follow up and tracking of outstanding dues
c. Coordinate with customer, Account Department and bank for timely realization of Bank DO.
d. Keep and check record of payment of each vehicle delivered.
e. Charge & collection of Interest for delay realization
4. Customer Care & Handling
a. Maintain full record of daily Visitors as per Software.
b. Make in time follow-ups to customers for getting bookings.
c. Maintain and analyze Booking records.
d. Maintain comprehensive records of customer. vehicle delivery requirement in time, Vehicle hand over etc
e. Ensure utmost customer satisfaction and Buying Experience.
f. Ensure proper understanding of after sales service & Warranty clauses by customer.
g. Record of customer call schedule, Feedback and report.
5. Competitors Activities Analysis: -
a. Evaluate & report on Competitors Activities on regular basis.
b. Collect and analyze competitors’ sales figure.
c. Give feedbacks and suggestions to manager about competitor’s discount.
6. Compliance with Hyundai Guidelines
a. CI & SI (Customer Index and Sales Index)
b. SSI (Social Selling Index)0
7. Critical measurable functions; -
a. Development of sales Plan.
b. Always plan to generate sales lead & Prospect.
c. Timely & properly reporting to the manager
