Job Title: Showroom Incharge – Two-Wheeler Division
Location: Kathmandu
Experience: Minimum 4 years in two-wheeler showroom sales/ Min. 2 years as showroom incharge
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Reporting To: Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Showroom Incharge to manage our two-wheeler showroom. The role requires hands-on sales experience, team supervision, and showroom operations management.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversions
- Lead and guide the sales team
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up
- Oversee test rides, vehicle delivery & showroom upkeep
- Manage stock, documentation, and daily reports
- Minimum 4 years experience in two-wheeler showroom sales (mandatory)
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (any stream)
- Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills
- Familiar with DMS and MS Office
