This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative, located in Kathmandu. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing technical support, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The role involves daily interaction with clients to troubleshoot problems and offer excellent service to enhance customer experience.
- Expertise in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients
- Technical Support skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues
- Analytical Skills to assess problems and develop appropriate solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous
