Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development & Content Management:

  • Create and implement social media strategies that support business goals.
  • Manage and oversee company social media profiles, ensuring consistent, engaging content is planned, scheduled, and published to maintain a strong online presence.


Content Creation & Collaboration:

  • Develop captivating, platform-specific content, including images, videos, and captions.
  • Collaborate with designers and stay current on industry trends to deliver high-quality, relevant content that resonates with the target audience.


Audience Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, followers, and brand advocates to foster a loyal community and boost interaction.


Performance Monitoring & Strategy Optimization:

  • Track and analyze key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Utilize data insights to refine content strategies, adjust tactics, and ensure ongoing campaign effectiveness in response to platform updates and algorithm changes.


Campaign Management & Performance Analysis:

  • Assist in the management of paid social media campaigns, including boosted posts and sponsored content.
  • Collaborate with the advertising team to analyze and optimize ad performance using data-driven insights.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Trend Innovation:

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and innovations, testing new formats and features to maximize engagement and reach.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Excellent content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies for maximum performance
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
