Job Description
Digital Strategy Development:
Ø Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, aligning them with each package and business objectives.
a. These strategies should cover the total budget required for each packages.
b. Should define a clear result to be obtained from the budget segregated.
c. Should regularly monitor the result vs expectation.
Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital strategies into broader marketing and business plans.
Ø Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies competitor activities, new approaches.
Ø Ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, delivering measurable results and adhering to brand guidelines.
Ø Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Team Leadership and Management:
Ø Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to a team of digital marketing. Team includes.
o Content Team
o Designers Team
Ø Set clear performance expectations, goals, and KPIs for team members.
Ø Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
Ø Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Ø Collaborate with other departments, including content creation, design, and sales, to ensure seamless process of digital marketing efforts.
Ø Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the digital marketing team.
Analytics and Reporting:
Ø Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
Ø Generate regular, insightful reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Ø Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and optimize future campaigns.
Budget Management:
Ø Effectively monitor and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize return on investment.
Ø Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to ensure optimal budget utilization.
Social Media Management:
Ø Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
Ø Monthly/Weekly/Daily calendar and schedule for social media posts.
Ø Reporting of social media Pages
o Organic Reach Vs Paid Reach
o Rapid Fire Reach vs customer acquisition and conversion
o Video reach vs Still Image Reach.
Ø Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
Job Specification:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in a similar managerial role is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
