Job Description

Greet and Seat Guests – Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
Take Orders – Accurately record food and beverage orders, recommend specials, and clarify guest preferences.
Serve Food & Beverages – Deliver orders efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality standards.
Guest Engagement – Check on guest satisfaction, handle requests, and provide a personalized experience.
Table Maintenance – Clear, clean, and reset tables for smooth service turnover.
Billing & Payment Handling – Present bills, process payments, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
Knowledge of Menu & Specials – Stay updated on ingredients, allergens, and promotions.
Teamwork & Communication – Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for timely service.
Adhere to Hygiene & Safety Standards – Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Upselling & Recommendations – Suggest additional items to enhance the guest experience and boost sales.
