Job Overview

We are seeking a well-presented, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is the first point of contact for our valued customers, and plays a key part in ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth administrative operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
  • Manage and answer incoming calls efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain front desk operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Process customer requests and complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer needs.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to customer interactions.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintain daily cash register, reconcile payments, and prepare handover reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently enrolled).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Note: The above vacancy is for our office located in Naxal.

Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
