Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a well-presented, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is the first point of contact for our valued customers, and plays a key part in ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth administrative operations.
Role Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
- Manage and answer incoming calls efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain front desk operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Process customer requests and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer needs.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to customer interactions.
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain daily cash register, reconcile payments, and prepare handover reports.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently enrolled).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
