The sales executives responsibilities include the following
1. Generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.
2.Ensure to increase lines sold, effective coverage, productivity, VPO (value per outlet) • – Ensure to increase billing efficiency of distributors product- wise
3.Appointment of new / replacement distributor
4.Candidate should be able to independently handle business of Poultry Key accounts, egg traders, Chilled and frozen chicken with least supervision. responsible for payment collection and business development activities
5.To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.
6.Development of projects undertaken by the company- adding new units, new sub-stockiest, wholesalers
7.Responsible for developing GT, B2B egg/ poultry products market segment.
8.To prepare own action plan to achieve and exceed organizational sales / revenue month on month targets.
9.To generate leads & conduct extensive cold calling to identify prospects and meet them to present GT & B2B prospects to successfully transform them to customers.
10.To monitor and control credit with clients.
11.To address any issues in the field that may arise from time to time with proper consultations from his seniors.
12.Preparing sales reports as per company formats. To provide MIS in the form of daily report & Market Information to line manager without fail.
13.Increase distribution (Numeric Distribution- adding no. of new outlets or coverage & Weighted Distribution- share of a category in a particular market)
14 Conduct extensive Market research to identify and
evaluate customer needs.
15 Set up & conduct meetings with potential customers.
16 Negotiate/ close the deals and handle complaints of the customers
17. Staying informed about industry trends, competitors and emerging markets
