Job Specification

Education & Experience

  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree (master’s preferred).
  • Experience Criteria:
    • Bachelor’s + 5 years / Master’s + 3 years in FMCG (hygiene & sanitary products).
    • 8+ years in FMCG (hygiene/sanitary) accepted for candidates without a bachelor’s degree.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven work with hygiene/sanitary products (diapers, napkins, tissues, etc.), Traditional Trade (TT), and B2B Sales.
Core Competencies

  • Market development, distributor/dealer management, strategic sales planning.
  • Strong analytical skills, client relationship-building, and adaptability to dynamic markets.
  • Proficiency in inventory coordination, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Develop strategies to penetrate assigned regions and strengthen product coverage.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead teams to exceed targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Distributor Management: Onboard, train, and optimize distributor/dealer networks.
  • Client Relations: Build partnerships with key accounts and resolve operational challenges.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze trends, prepare reports, and advise senior management.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Promotions: Execute campaigns and evaluate their impact on sales growth.
