Role Description: Digital Marketing & Business Development Lead

As the Digital Marketing & Business Development Lead, you will:

Create compelling video content and marketing materials to enhance brand visibility
Drive lead generation and support business growth through innovative digital strategies
Develop and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Lead, mentor, and motivate a small marketing team to deliver results
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies for maximum impact
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, business development, or content creation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies
Preferred age group: 25 to 30+ years
Demonstrates a creative mindset with strong leadership potential
Ability to work independently and confidently lead a team during the probationary period
