Your Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential client businesses that could benefit from our solution
- Proactively reach out and engage with prospective clients through various channels
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product and what we're offering
- Demonstrate to potential buyers how our solution can vastly improve their operations
- Effectively communicate the value proposition we're offering
- Convert prospects into paying clients through consultative approaches
- Provide feedback based on market interactions and client needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets (3 per month)
- Travel to and conduct in-person meetings at client sites when necessary
Your Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales is required
- Understanding of digital business operations
- Excellent communication skills and relation-building abilities
- Good reasoning skills and ability to learn new things
Compensation Structure
- Fixed base pay of NPR 40,000 per month
- Bonus of NPR 2,65,000 payable upon meeting annual benchmarks
