Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately calculate upfront and trail commissions on a monthly basis.
  • Analyze data received from various lenders and reconcile it with Salesforce CRM records to determine commission entitlements.
  • Match and verify commission payments against sales data and bank statements to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare individual commission reports for brokers and sales team members, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Maintain, organize, and archive all commission-related data and documentation using SharePoint.
  • Process approved commission payments through the MYOB ERP system, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Leverage advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation for calculations and reporting.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with MYOB ERP systems is highly desirable. Familiar with XERO and QuickBooks is plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and coordinating with cross national teams.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
  • 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or commission analysis roles.
  • Prior experience in finance, or financial services sector is a plus.
