Key Responsibilities
- Accurately calculate upfront and trail commissions on a monthly basis.
- Analyze data received from various lenders and reconcile it with Salesforce CRM records to determine commission entitlements.
- Match and verify commission payments against sales data and bank statements to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare individual commission reports for brokers and sales team members, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain, organize, and archive all commission-related data and documentation using SharePoint.
- Process approved commission payments through the MYOB ERP system, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Leverage advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation for calculations and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with MYOB ERP systems is highly desirable. Familiar with XERO and QuickBooks is plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and coordinating with cross national teams.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
- 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or commission analysis roles.
- Prior experience in finance, or financial services sector is a plus.
