Job Description:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis with a focus on Samiti groups, schools, and corporate houses to identify potential business opportunities.
- Market Tapping: Develop and execute strategies to tap into new markets and expand the customer base, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.
- Client Relations: Maintain continuous follow-up with prime clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback regularly.
- Brand Representation: Represent Shasheela Motors Pvt. Ltd. in the designated region, upholding the brand’s reputation and acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
