Key Responsibilities
✅ Front Desk Management: Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience.
✅ Communication Handling: Answer incoming calls and emails, providing accurate course and service details.
✅ Appointment Scheduling: Manage counseling and class registration appointments.
✅ Administrative Support: Maintain student records, handle inquiries, and assist with enrollment.
✅ Event Coordination: Help organize seminars, workshops, and institute events.
✅ Facility Oversight: Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: At least 1 year in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in an educational institute.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills in English & Nepali.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office management software and basic computer applications.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Professional Demeanor: Poised, mature, and committed to confidentiality.
