Job Description
Job Overview:We are looking for a Tender Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for successful proposal submissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents as per client and government requirements.
- Analyze tender specifications and identify critical requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect necessary documents and information.
- Ensure all tender documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain records of all tenders and keep track of bid statuses.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners for tender-related queries and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and tendering best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.(Freshers are encouraged)
- Experience in preparing tenders, proposals, or contract documents.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and tendering procedures will be an advantage.
