Job Description
Role Responsibilities- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on predetermined criteria.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior recruitment team members.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and client organizations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and employment regulations.
- Manage candidate databases and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
- Address candidate inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant field. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in managing/hiring Blue-Collar Employees.
- Proven track record of successful placements across various roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
