Job Description
Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on predetermined criteria.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior recruitment team members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and client organizations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and employment regulations.
  • Manage candidate databases and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
  • Address candidate inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant field. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in managing/hiring Blue-Collar Employees.
  • Proven track record of successful placements across various roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
