Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Team Leader located in Kathmandu. The Front Office Team Leader will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing the front office team. Daily tasks include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, implementing sales strategies to boost room occupancy, and monitoring team performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Team Management skills with experience in leading and motivating a team
- Sales skills to implement strategies that boost room occupancy
- Project Management skills for coordinating with other departments and ensuring smooth operations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
