1. Audit Engagement Manager (MBA)
Own the process, drive the schedule.
Coordinate audit assignments, manage documentation, plan staff deployment, and ensure timely client deliverables. You'll lead entry and exit meetings and work directly with partners and CA seniors.

2. Consulting Project Coordinator (MBA)
Make impact happen.
Support consulting projects in areas like financial systems, internal controls, and capacity development. You'll track timelines, coordinate client workshops, and help prepare reports with real-world impact.

3. Strategic Proposal & Bidding Executive (MBA)
Be the brain behind the bids.
Craft winning proposals for donor-funded and private sector projects. You'll lead document prep, collaborate on technical content, manage submissions, and build a strategic proposal library.

Who We're Looking For:
Fresh or 1–2 years experienced MBA graduates (specializing in Finance, Operations, or General Management preferred)
Organized, proactive, and fluent in professional communication
Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into a leadership role
Strong digital and documentation skills (Google Workspace/MS Office)
