This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Gandaki, Nepal. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort's food and beverage services. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, overseeing food preparation and presentation, budgeting, and maintaining inventory. The Manager will also be responsible for training staff, monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, and developing menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage Management
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide Training and mentoring to staff
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Experience in a luxury resort setting is a plus
