Job Description- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Optimize website performance and user experience (UX) through CMS management, SEO, and analytics.
- Create engaging multimedia content, including videos and graphics, tailored to diverse platforms.
- Lead the planning and production of promotional videos, product demos, and customer testimonials.
- Collaborate on content calendars and marketing automation initiatives to support lead generation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and online engagement.
- Support online advertising efforts (PPC, display ads, retargeting) and measure ROI.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and online advertising platforms.
- Solid experience in website management (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS).
- Strong video editing and production skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Graphic design experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the company website.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, optimized for performance, and aligned with branding and sales goals.
- Work with developers to troubleshoot and implement new features as needed.
Video Shooting & Editing:
- Plan, direct, and shoot promotional and instructional videos for digital platforms.
- Edit video content to ensure high-quality and engaging visuals.
- Collaborate with the content team to create video material that aligns with overall marketing strategies.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to the website.
- Perform keyword research and optimize content accordingly.
- Monitor search engine rankings, analyze results, and implement changes as needed.
Graphic Designing:
- Design visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns, including social media posts, ads, banners, and email templates.
- Ensure consistent brand aesthetics across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create custom designs for various digital and print assets.
