Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

  • Oversee the company's overall financial management, encompassing financial statements, budget preparation, and tax planning.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
  • Participate in the company's strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and advice to support business development.

Tax Management

  • Manage tax planning and compliance, ensuring all tax filings are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in tax policies, adjusting tax strategies as needed to minimize tax risks.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tax authorities and handle relevant matters.

Team Management

  • Lead and manage the finance team, delegate tasks, and provide effective training and guidance.
  • Regularly evaluate team members' performance, offer constructive feedback, and provide career development advice.
  • Ensure team members possess strong financial knowledge and drive continuous skill improvement.

Budgeting And Financial Forecasting

  • Assist in preparing the company's annual financial budget and conduct regular analysis of budget execution.
  • Provide financial forecasting analysis to evaluate future funding needs and resource allocation.

Financial Compliance And Auditing

  • Ensure the company's financial operations comply with national regulations and internal policies.
  • Participate in annual audit processes and collaborate with auditing agencies to ensure compliance and proper operations.

What Are We Looking For

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CA, ACCA or relevant specialized degree is a great plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
  • Experience in comprehensive tax management, including tax planning and filings.
  • Experience with oversees companies will be a major plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in financial software and office applications; English communication skills are preferred.
