Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:
- Oversee the company's overall financial management, encompassing financial statements, budget preparation, and tax planning.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Participate in the company's strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and advice to support business development.
- Manage tax planning and compliance, ensuring all tax filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor and analyze changes in tax policies, adjusting tax strategies as needed to minimize tax risks.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with tax authorities and handle relevant matters.
- Lead and manage the finance team, delegate tasks, and provide effective training and guidance.
- Regularly evaluate team members' performance, offer constructive feedback, and provide career development advice.
- Ensure team members possess strong financial knowledge and drive continuous skill improvement.
- Assist in preparing the company's annual financial budget and conduct regular analysis of budget execution.
- Provide financial forecasting analysis to evaluate future funding needs and resource allocation.
- Ensure the company's financial operations comply with national regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in annual audit processes and collaborate with auditing agencies to ensure compliance and proper operations.
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CA, ACCA or relevant specialized degree is a great plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
- Experience in comprehensive tax management, including tax planning and filings.
- Experience with oversees companies will be a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in financial software and office applications; English communication skills are preferred.
