YOUR TASKS:

Meet individual revenue targets assigned for Retail Sales thereby contributing to the country’s overall target.
Regular follow up with the existing clientele to drive Retail Sales.
Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new retail lead opportunities.
Proactively provide information/handle queries of customers by investigating shipment details(weight accuracy), shipment incidents involving undelivered, returned, misrouted, delayed, lost damaged shipments etc.
Respond to customer queries regarding information on shipping prices and general customs requirement in accordance to DHL Service standards and processes.
Generate reports based on daily Sales.
Must be willing to relocate as per company’s need and/or requirement.
As a front line staff, a balance of courteousness and efficient manner is expected when dealing with customers.
Liaise and work closely with the related departments ensuring smooth operation.
Any other assignment that may deem fit for the position and/or need of organization as may be assigned.
Ensure that an efficient & accurate filing system is maintained at all times

YOUR PROFILE:

Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
Analyzes and resolves complex cross-functional issues.
Bachelor's degree ( Running are also eligible)
At least 1 year experience in Sales environment in a service industry (preferable)
Must be a Nepali citizen currently residing in Nepal.
The retail outlets are located in Bhaktapur and Itahari, with preference given to local candidates.
