We're looking for an HR & Admin Officer with at least one year of experience to be part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and update job descriptions for all positions.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Address and resolve employee issues and grievances.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and development programs.
- Monitor and improve employee satisfaction rates.
- Review and implement employee feedback.
- Attend and facilitate daily team and management meetings.
- Review employee attendance reports regularly.
- Process leave requests and track leave balances.
- Prepare and review employee performance reports.
- Update and manage HR-related communications in company tools like Cliq.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
Qualifications
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
