We're looking for an HR & Admin Officer with at least one year of experience to be part of our dynamic team.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop and update job descriptions for all positions.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and grievances.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and development programs.
  • Monitor and improve employee satisfaction rates.
  • Review and implement employee feedback.
  • Attend and facilitate daily team and management meetings.
  • Review employee attendance reports regularly.
  • Process leave requests and track leave balances.
  • Prepare and review employee performance reports.
  • Update and manage HR-related communications in company tools like Cliq.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation


Qualifications

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Organizational skills
