Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative located in Pokhara. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries about RestroX services, and managing sales processes. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, following up on leads, assisting customers with onboarding, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Proficiency in managing and closing sales deals
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and management
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
