Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager for Meghauli Serai, A Taj Safari, Chitwan National Park based out of Kathmandu office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team for the unit, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Relationship Management skills
- Negotiation and Presentation skills
- Team Leadership and Motivation skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of high end leisure market is desirable.
- Reporting and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
