Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in Kathmandu. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, including supervising staff, performing receptionist duties, ensuring excellent customer service, managing reservations, and providing effective communication. The role involves ensuring that guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive until their departure, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills
- BHM graduate
- Experience in performing Receptionist Duties, including check-ins and check-outs
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in managing Reservations
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a dynamic and culturally rich environment
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or related field is a plus
