Job Description
- Ensure compliance with Japanese regulations for documentation and travel requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of official paperwork for clients or internal teams.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before submission to relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, or internal teams to ensure all documentation is complete and meets requirements.
- Provide administrative support in documentation-related tasks, such as filing, scanning, and record-keeping.
- Handle communication with relevant Japanese authorities or consular offices regarding documentation and processes.
- Ensure proper security and confidentiality of sensitive documents.
- Travel flexibility to visit clients, meet with authorities, or manage documentation-related issues outside the office if required.
- Stay updated on changes in documentation processes and Japanese regulations to provide the best service.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain documentation related to travel, visas, permits, and other official processes.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- 12th grade passed (high school diploma or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of experience in a documentation or administrative role.
- Japanese language skills (ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in Japanese) is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and document management tools).
- Hardworking and driven, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
