Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Storekeeper to join our dynamic team, located in Bouddha, Kathmandu. You will be responsible for receiving, storing and issuing supplies and equipment for the day to day hotel operations and work closely with finance department, ensure cleanliness of all work areas, keeping storage and receiving areas clean and tidy at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role (preferably in hospitality industry).
- Receive, store, and issue foods & beverages for daily hotel operations
- Monitor PAR levels for food & beverage items to ensure proper stock levels.
- Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.
- Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and record keeping.
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Excel and other inventory management software.
