1️⃣ HR & People Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Onboard new hires and ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Handle leave tracking, performance reviews, and employee engagement programs.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Address employee concerns and help maintain a strong company culture.
2️⃣ Administrative & Office Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations (if onsite) and ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
- Oversee company policies, documentation, and compliance tasks.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling for the team.
- Assist in managing company-wide initiatives and internal communications.
3️⃣ Executive Assistant to CEO
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, and daily priorities—anticipate needs before they arise.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and research for strategic decisions.
- Handle personal admin tasks such as scheduling appointments, travel bookings, and personal errands.
- Push back when needed—your role is not just to follow instructions, but to help the CEO stay focused on what matters.
This is not a typical 9-to-5 HR/admin job—we need someone proactive, highly organized, and ready to handle multiple responsibilities while keeping our operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, administration, or executive support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills—able to handle multiple priorities at once.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and act without being asked.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where things change quickly.
