Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Sr. Customer Service Executive. The Sr. Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and identifying and addressing operational issues. In this role, you will liaise with clients, external partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and quality
