Position: Market Auditor for Brewery Company
Working Location: Biratnagar
Job Summary:
The Market Auditor will be responsible for conducting market audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in sales and marketing operations. The role requires frequent market visits, stock verification, and event monitoring to maintain brand visibility and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect product
• Conduct stock and sales verification as per the assigned visit plan.
• Validate physical stock levels at distributor points.
• Cross-check monthly sales data accuracy at distributor locations.
• Inspect liquidation stock at distributor points and in the market.
• Monitor events and promotions to ensure they are executed as per the agreed plan.
• Verify implementation of marketing schemes in the market.
• Inspect the condition of hoarding boards and highway advertisements.
• Confirm the proper execution of display agreements at outlets.
• Report on competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare and submit audit reports within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• High-pressure environment: Must meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy.
• Frequent travel: Extensive market visits and field audits are required.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Marketing or Sales role.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Nepali & English).
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
