Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, in-store promotions, and special events.
- Manage store displays and merchandising to optimize customer engagement.
- Handle social media accounts and create engaging content to boost store visibility.
- Assist in the planning and execution of store marketing campaigns, including local advertising and community engagement.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the store and marketing team to achieve company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and CRM software is a plus.
