Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand consumer trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure the proper visibility and availability of products in retail stores.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience (preferably in chocolates, juices, or similar products).
- Strong knowledge of market dynamics, sales techniques, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
