Job Description
Sujal Foods Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Laxmi Group Pvt. Ltd, is seeking a proactive and strategic Senior Sales Officer to drive business growth and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned circle, developing and executing sales strategies, and conducting market analysis to maximize sales performance in the FMCG industry.Job Description
- Create New Distributors in Assigned Area
- Planning and achievement of Area wise coverage, volume in the assigned area.
- Primary & Secondary Sales responsible
- To work out business plan team member wise or distributors wise
- Planning and execution of the new product launches in the assigned area.
- Works with all top stores & leads the joint business planning with them.
- Planning and achievement of initiatives / priorities
- Analysis and planning of business and competition activities
- Leads business team reviews in the meeting in all stock point.
- Ensure proper payment collection for assigned area.
- Reporting to AGM/Operation head in initial period.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate the sales team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
