Job Title: CSR/Front Desk Staff

Location: Putalisadak

Working Hours: Morning Shift

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented CSR/Front Desk Staff to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and assist in administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information.
  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing visitors.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings as required.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.
  • Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or receptionist roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
