About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Senior Executive - Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, passionate individual with 2-3 years of experience in FMCG brand marketing who can execute branding initiatives. You will play a key role in developing, managing, and executing strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence, drive consumer engagement, and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute compelling brand strategies that reinforce brand identity and market leadership.
- Lead and manage the execution of creative marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Handle end-to-end conceptualization and execution of TVCs, photoshoots, and creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze consumer behavior, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to identify branding opportunities.
- Drive innovation by proposing fresh perspectives and out-of-the-box ideas to elevate brand engagement.
- Secure and manage partnerships and sponsorships to amplify brand exposure and strengthen collaborations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align branding efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize branding efforts, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a relevant field, with Marketing as a major.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in branding, preferably within FMCG marketing.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer psychology, and digital marketing trends.
- Proven ability to execute ATL and BTL activities and manage end-to-end campaign execution.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of bringing innovative branding ideas to life.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple branding projects simultaneously.
