Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative (CSR) position at Lalpurja Nepal should have a proven track record in customer service, client relations, or a similar role. They should be an excellent communicator, capable of handling a diverse range of clients with patience, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.


Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Lalpurja Nepal. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with excellent service and support. You will be responsible for answering calls, organizing meetings, communicating with on-site agents, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You may also be required to travel to different locations as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize and conduct meetings with buyers and sellers of properties.
  • Communicate effectively with on-site agents to coordinate property viewings and address client needs.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our service.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures and processes.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager.
  • Be flexible to work in the field as needed.


Job Requirements

  • Educational qualification of bachelor's degree running or completed.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role for an approximate of 1 to 2 years.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving the issue.
  • Able to handle clients and customers.
  • Maintaining customer records and documentation.
  • Promoting company services.


Working Conditions

  • This position is primarily on-site at our Sorhakhutte, Kathmandu office.
  • Occasional field visits may be required.
  • Must be able to travel on the fields occasionally.
