Position: Senior Sales Officer (6 Positions)
Location: Kathmandu
Experience: Must have prior experience in two-wheeler sales
Salary: Negotiable based on profile + additional benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Identify potential leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Guide and support junior sales team members to improve performance.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to strategize sales approaches.
- Ensure excellent customer service and provide product demonstrations when needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in two-wheeler sales (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the automobile industry and market trends.
- Self-motivated and results-driven personality.
